By downloading or using the Platform 1 app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.
Platform 1 is provided "as is" and "as available". We build this tool to help you navigate the UK rail network, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or entirely error-free. We reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason.
Platform 1 displays train times, platform numbers, and delay estimates sourced directly from third-party feeds (National Rail Enquiries). We do not generate this data and we cannot guarantee its absolute accuracy.
Under no circumstances will Platform 1, its developers, or its affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to:

If you choose to purchase Platform 1 Pro, payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. We do not process or manage payments directly.
You agree not to use the app in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the app or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the service. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, extract the source code, or scrape data from our APIs.
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
